A service providing upskilling and volunteering opportunities for rough sleepers with no recourse to public funds in Southall, London, enabling them to gain new skills and build local connections. The project promoted collaboration between local organizations and homeless support groups, resulting in a co-created service model for local partnerships and guiding principles for local authorities to support future application and reflection.

A service designed to support CIPD to attract potential aspirants into People Profession (human resources) industry through enabling sixth form students to explore careers in the People Profession within sectors they are passionate about. Drawing on interview insights and co-design workshops, a toolkit was developed to guide CIPD in gaining industry specific insights, building an online presence tailored to sixth form students, and creating engaging content and workshops to attract future talent.

A change-maker workshop designed to support displaced people who are interested in becoming change-makers and creative activists in their communities to explore the roles of Connector and Convener within the Systemic Design Framework and gain insights on how they can develop their ideas practically. Detailed instructions for facilitators and participants, along with a complete set of workshop materials, were co-designed in collaboration with non-designers and displaced people.

A future scenario exploring the rigorous enforcement of hyper-localised biosecurity measures in agriculture, designed to spark conversations between local farmers and DEFRA around soil health and carbon emissions. A set of prototypes was created to illustrate this scenario and encourage reflection on alternative futures that could inform policy design aligned with more preferable outcomes.
